Paid through the fuel season (late Sept–April) to those 66+ or on a qualifying payment. From January 2026, Working Family Payment recipients also qualify.

Free, fully-funded upgrades

Insulation and heating upgrades at no cost for qualifying DSP payment recipients in pre-2006 homes rated BER C or lower.

Up to €12,500 (heat pump)

No income test — heat pumps, solar PV (up to €1,800), and insulation grants, stackable, open to all homeowners.
