Our compliance approach
Save Money On Your Energy Bill takes a compliance-first approach. Before anything else, here’s exactly what we are, what we aren’t, and how we handle your data.
What we are
Save Money On Your Energy Bill is an independent energy tariff comparison and marketing service, operated by Good Online Commerce Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Regulatory framework
Energy supply in the UK is regulated by Ofgem. We are not an energy supplier and do not provide regulated financial or energy advice.
Accuracy and honesty
We aim to present accurate, up-to-date information on energy providers and tariffs, sourced from independent research such as Which?’s annual energy survey. Where we’re not confident in a specific figure, we say so rather than guess.
Data protection
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 in how we collect, store and use your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Advertising standards
We aim to ensure our marketing is clear, honest, and not misleading, in line with the UK Advertising Standards Authority’s (ASA) CAP Code.
